Conditions of booking
On making a provisional booking, a deposit of 20% is required. An invoice will be sent by email with payment details. The balance is then payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If booking within 6 weeks the full amount will be required No monies are refunded in the event of cancellation so it is advisable to take out travel insurance. You will also need a current European health card. Available free, ask for details at your post office. This entitles you to free emergency health care should the need arise. For those who are self catering, on collection of the keys you will be asked to pay a security deposit of 50 euros This will be refunded at the end of your holiday subject to the house being left clean and tidy and any accidental breakages being replaced
