It enjoys beautiful mountain views but is only 20 minutes drive from the coast.

The area enjoys about 325 sunny days each year and very mild winters with temperatures rarely falling below 10° C

Centrally situated between mountains and sea, it is ideal for discovering the unspoilt region of the Costa Calida ( warm coast )
and at the end of the day soak up the peace and tranquility while listening to the birds and enjoying your favouite
tipple from the bar in a warm friendly atmoshere.
Car hire is recommended
but for those who prefer not to drive, there is a wheelchair accessible minibus available for airport transfers and excursions

there are 2 golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

The blue flag beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and the warm lagoon of the Mar Menor offering various water sports

The natural reserve of the Sierra Espuña
